Quantity.

Roger Scruton talks about his daily routine, activism, education and the pleasure of drinking wine ...

The pleasure of drinking wine depends on knowledge, but one shouldn’t be showing off one’s knowledge. Like every form of knowledge, it should be fully digested to become part of a gracious personality. I hate people being precious about wine and given the choice I much prefer quantity to quality. I do like drinking it out of a nice glass and one of the few things I have collected in my life are Regency glasses from junk shops.
