Watch over our loved ones this day, and every day, O most gracious God. Thou hast seen fit to cast our lives in the midst of a host of relatives and intimate friends, and there are few joys of earth to compare with the thrill of fellowship with these who are so dear to us. Bless them, each one, whether near to us or far away. Be thou their Protector in danger, their comfort in distress, their Provider in need, their Physician in sickness, and their Saviour from sin’s way.
