Freedom of thought is what all these supposedly wonderful
democracies yack on about but it’s not really what any of them offer us. I
would want a system of open debate, where all subjects can be openly discussed.
This is what’s missing from the current school system and from society as a
whole. Our belief systems are one-sided, engineered by leaders who wish to
control our thoughts, and this inability to think for ourselves leads to mutual
aggression.
