Given clear skies, everyone around the world will see the waxing gibbous moon close to the solar system’s largest planet, Jupiter, this evening, and the planet Mars in conjunction with star Regulus in the predawn and dawn sky tomorrow.
Jupiter is the third brightest celestial object to light up the nighttime sky after the moon and Venus.
